the hotel is near the downtown area, so getting around was straightforward. daily cleaning service kept the room tidy! the hotel also provided warm cookies upon arrival, a nice touch. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The massage options were limited at the spa and i felt the pressure was too light. the outdoor pool appears larger in photos. It is actually quite small. aromatherapy oils used had very little scent, disappointing.

the pool is quite small , and there are not a lot of sunbeds.

the room wasnt clean. i found hair still on the floor after housekeeping. also the carpet and tabletops was super dusty.

the staff was very helpful, which i appreciated.
My room wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival. I spotted some hair in the bathroom and dust on the furniture. this lack of cleanliness was a real letdown and it meant i didn't start my stay feeling as relaxed as i wanted.
